The Accredited Senior Agent™ (ASA) designation is awarded by Pivotal Aging Innovations, Inc. It was created to educate REALTORS® in aspects of the real estate transaction that are specific to seniors.
The training covers such topics as Canadian tax laws, estates and estate planning, wills, trusts, transitioning to retirement residences, and other housing solutions to meet the needs of seniors.
We sought out the ASA™ education program to be better equipped in serving our clients. Unlike similar designations available to REALTORS®, the Pivotal Accredited Senior Agent™ is based on Canadian research, statistics and laws.
