The Certified Negotiation Expert® (CNE) is training based on the extensive research done by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute© (RENI).
Delivered in Canada by industry leader Suze Cumming, the course is designed to be relevant to Canadian REALTORS®.
The role of negotiator in the real estate transaction should not be underestimated, and we set out to become experts in order to best serve our clients. Beyond marketing a home, we have a fiduciary duty to our clients – they trust us to represent their best interests throughout the process of buying and selling.
Hilary has completed the CNE Buyer Suite and CNE Seller Suite and has obtained the Master Certified Negotiation Expert® (MCNE) designation.
